A72-year-old male presented to the District General Hospital of Kilinochchi, located in the Northern Province of Sri Lanka, with acute chest pain. He was promptly diagnosed with a myocardial infarction (MI) and managed with standard anti-ischemic therapy. During the clinical examination, a palpable bulge was noted on the patient’s upper back. On further assessment, palpation revealed, a hard, mobile subcutaneous mass approximately 3 cm in length. This incidental finding warranted additional evaluation with imaging to determine its nature and clinical significance.
